Katrina Hopkins is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families on the Eastern Shore. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating magna cum laude from Salisbury University and later completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Maryville University of St. Louis.

As a registered nurse, Katrina spent years caring for patients in critical care settings at TidalHealth and through travel nursing assignments. Her experience caring for patients with complex acute and chronic medical conditions strengthened her clinical expertise and deepened her commitment to helping patients achieve lasting wellness through preventive care.

Before joining our practice, Katrina worked as a family nurse practitioner, providing comprehensive primary and urgent care services to patients across the lifespan.

Although originally from Florida, Katrina moved to Salisbury during her high school years and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the Eastern Shore. After building meaningful connections throughout the area, she is grateful for the opportunity to return and serve the community that helped shape her personally and professionally.

Katrina is passionate about partnering with patients to take an active role in their health through education, prevention, and evidence-based care. She has a particular interest in diabetes management, weight loss, and metabolic health, including the safe and effective use of GLP-1 medications. She believes in a comprehensive approach to healthcare that considers both physical and emotional well-being and strives to create an environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and supported.

Outside of the office, Katrina enjoys watercolor painting, spending time at the beach, supporting greyhound rescue efforts, and volunteering within the community through local health initiatives.
